What we do not do
- We do not provide quotes, and we cannot connect you with a contractor.
- We do not sell advertising placements or sponsored posts, and we do not accept guest posts or link insertions. Messages offering these are deleted unread.
- We cannot review your insurance policy, adjust your claim, or advise on your specific situation.
Response times
This is a small operation. We aim to reply to corrections and privacy requests within a few working days, and to general questions when we can. If your matter is urgent — an approaching claim deadline, for instance — please contact a licensed professional rather than waiting on us.
